Hi, I’m Mila — the person behind Organized-ish.

I’ve spent the past several years working across operations, client management, and business support roles — helping businesses stay organized, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

From managing teams and client systems to building processes and handling day-to-day operations, I’ve seen firsthand how quickly things can become overwhelming without the right structure in place.

Organized-ish was created to bring that structure to others — in a way that feels simple, realistic, and easy to maintain.

Outside of work, I’m usually working on a project of some kind — whether that’s in my garden, at home, or learning something new. I’ve always believed that things don’t have to be perfect to work well — just intentional.
